Lizzie T Leaf News Letter for Jan 2013

Here we are into a new year and I’m still scratching my head over all the things I didn’t accomplish last year. So I’m going to view this month as ‘fresh start’ month and move on. There’s lots of things on the planning board and I hope you’ll join in the fun.
First, a street team. That’s right, you heard it here. Working on the details now, but know there will be special prizes that members only will have a chance to win.
Along with new books scheduled for my publishers, I’m self-publishing several re-releases. Of course, since some are older and I’ve learned more about the craft of writing (I hope), they need to be re-visited, tweaked and possibly some rewrites. That then leads to new edits. Have an editor tapping her red liner impatiently as I write this. Fingers crossed for a March release, or re-release as this will be. Can you say Hot? Yep, a Contemporary Romance that sizzles…in between the laughs of course.
And I have a column debuting at Night Owl Reviews Newsletter this month! Behind the Scenes will focus on various individuals in the publishing world other than authors. The kick-off will feature a publisher of not one, but three publishing houses. Any guesses?
Emerging Magic revised final
Emerging Magic
by Lizzie T. Leaf
(Print and eBook)
The second book in the Magical Love series is here!
Against her will, the Cailleach puts into play the magic to unite another pair of soul mates.
Loneliness drives Cori Sparks to chocolate. The fledging witch's desolation also compels her to attempt using her emerging magic in the quest for love. Unsuccessful, she turns to a dating website and discovers what may be her perfect match.
Rob Vesha is tired of the money hungry women he meets. Given his gene pool he doesn't think the real 'him' would excite them as much, but he can't share enough to find out for sure. On impulse he turns to an internet dating site and discovers Cori.
Can their love survive his family reunion in Transylvania?
By Lizzie T. Leaf
(eBook only)
Will family secrets let her find love with a guy that cats around?
Sharla Gomez’s dream encounter with the man she’s lusted over for months turned into rain-soaked nightmare. Her hopes of love and passion have gone to the dogs. Being a shifter is hell, especially when you’re a Pug/Chihuahua mix, or as some call the breed, a Chug. Even dogs don’t want to be told they’re so ugly they’re cute?
Dorsey Smith wants to get to know the exotic number-cruncher in charge of the strip club’s books. Just his luck she disappeared before he could ask her out for coffee. Instead of taking home the woman he lusts for, he takes home the small, drenched dog shivering in the rain. When he discovers the animal missing the next morning and he senses magic in the air. Has his safe haven been discovered and will his secrets be revealed?
Can two people with deep secrets discover the truth about each other and still find love. Or will the secrets and the evil lurking drive them apart?

My blog has a new direction too, plus the chance to win…do you believe…books! These are books I’ve read and want to introduce the authors to readers.
